PACIFIC HARBOUR SURVEY COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply for the Vercorp Pty Ltd, Pacific Harbour Register & Win competition to be conducted for the Pacific Harbour development.
A copy of the terms and conditions can be collected at: Pacific Harbour Sales Office, cnr. Sylvan Beach Esp. and Marina Boulevard, Banksia Beach, Bribie Island.
1. DURATION
The promotion will run from 1 April 2008 to 30 April 2008. Entries received after 30 April 2008 cannot be accepted for the draw.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Recipients of the Pacific Harbour Marina Survey must complete a survey form and return it to Pacific Harbour to enter the competition. Entry is open to residents of Australia, only.
3. DRAW / JUDGING
Competition will be drawn on 7 May 2008 under independent scrutiny at Pacific Harbour, Marina Boulevard, Banksia Beach. The first complete entry drawn will be the winner of the Survey competition.
4. PRIZE(s)
The major prize is a Luxury Golf Package (consisting of one (1) complimentary game of golf for four (4) people, free range balls prior to play, shared golf cart and a la carte lunch in the Clubhouse, total prize value $500. Second prize is Dinner for two (2) including a bottle of Pear Tree Sauvignon Blanc to the value of $300 at Pacific Harbour Golf & Country Club. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken in cash. The Promoter's decision is final.
The prize must be taken up within six (6) months of issue.
No other costs will be included and all expenses (other than those specifically referred to above) will be at the winner's expense.
5. INDEMNITY
All contestants release Vercorp Pty Ltd from, and indemnify Vercorp Pty Ltd (ABN: 53 594 872 978) against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
6. NOTIFICATION
The prize winner(s) will be notified in writing or by phone within seven (7) days of the draw. The prize winner(s) will be required to attend for photographs to be taken and agree that a story be submitted to the local papers announcing the winners name(s).
7. COPYRIGHT
By entering this competition all entrants:
consent to Vercorp Pty Ltd making copies of the whole or any part of their entry;
grant to Vercorp Pty Ltd all present and future copyright and all other rights in their entry in all media (including, without limitation, the internet) and whether in existence now or created in the future, and consent to QM Properties using the winners name and likeness for promotional purposes in all media;
undertake to Vercorp Pty Ltd that their entry is not in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
8. TAXES
Winners will be responsible for any and all taxes incurred in relation to their receipt of their prize(s). Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize.
9. INELIGIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES
Employees and their immediate families of Vercorp Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
10. WINNER UNDER 18
Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate in the competition.
11. SUSPENSION OF COMPETITON
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile phone failure, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of Vercorp Pty Ltd which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Vercorp Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
12. SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZE
Vercorp Pty Ltd will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided. Vercorp Pty Ltd may at its absolute discretion substitute a different prize in place of any prize referred to in these terms and conditions.
13. TERMINATION OF COMPETITION
Vercorp Pty Ltd may, subject to any laws, terminate this competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person.
14. VERCORP DECISION BINDING
In all matters, all decisions of Vercorp Pty Ltd staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
15. PRIVACY
The personal information supplied by entrants when entering this competition will be used by Vercorp Pty Ltd to conduct the contest, to contact entrants if they are a winner and in accordance with the Vercorp Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. The information may also become part of database/s kept by Vercorp Pty Ltd used to let respondents know about special offers from Vercorp Pty Ltd and new developments. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information as entry in this contest is an agreement to be bound by that policy. Our current Privacy Policy is available at www.pacificharbour.com.au
Any entrant may have their details removed from Vercorp Pty Ltd database/s at any time by simply contacting Vercorp Pty Ltd via the reception desk. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the competition and/or award of prize(s), entrants will forfeit their right to claim any prizes. Entrants who do not wish to receive communications from Vercorp Pty Ltd can advise a Vercorp Pty Ltd staff member when entering the competition.
