Location
Bribie Island is unique. Conveniently located less than one hour from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, and just 45 minutes from Brisbane’s International and Domestic Airports. It has thousands of hectares of wallum heath, wetland, coastal forest and beach, largely protected within the Bribie Island National Park.
Less than 20% of the island will ever be built on, therefore the future population is capped meaning less crowds and a protected quality of life. Pacific Harbour will be the last development of its kind on the island.
